신호 리포트는 R-S-T 체계에 따라 보고한다.
명료도(1~5) - 신호강도(1~9) - 톤(1~9)

음성 전송에 대한 R-S-T system 은 R-S만 주로 사용한다.
예) "59", "five nine" - 완벽하게 읽을수있고, 매우 강한 강도이다.
